Marketing & Brand Manager

Pembleton Motor Company are a small but growing business based in the village of Bayton, Worcestershire.
Handcrafting new, vintage inspired sports cars, in house since 1999, the company is looking to take on a new member of staff to add to our small but friendly team.

We have a new and very exciting role in the form of a part-time marketing and brand manager. The role offers the very unique opportunity to put your stamp on the brand and play a vital part in the continued growth of a low volume, specialist sports car manufacturer.

The in-house role will offer constant inspiration and opportunities to show off our business in a way we have not done before, with a strong emphasis on showing off the craftmanship and hand-built nature of the cars we produce. Its an opportunity to really drive our business forward giving you the freedom to implement your ideas in an exciting way that aligns with our brand guidelines and values. With our popular V-Sport and T24 models being made in house from start to finish, there won’t be a shortage of content to work with.

The role will consist of the following tasks:

• Marketing and brand management

• Social media management

• Blog posts

• Collaborations

• General content creation

• Copywriting

• Driving brand growth to align with business goals

Experience in these areas is essential. Training will however be provided regardless.

There will also be involvement in the following areas of which experience is a benefit but not essential:

• Basic website management & SEO

• Other generic marketing tasks

• Basic graphic design

• Organisation/ coordinating with staff/ collaborators

Skills/ Qualifications

​

• Knowledge of the automotive space highly beneficial

• Highly motivated

• Growth driven

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Hard working individual

• Photography and videography skills, a keen interest is highly beneficial

• Full Driving licence

As with many small businesses, there will be other tasks outside of the ones listed above that may require assistance.
